Responsibilities included: recruiting and placement of candidates; supervision of employee benefits and administrative positions; developing and implementing HR policies, programs, materials and manuals; troubleshooting employee relations and benefits issues; implementing training and development programs; administering employee benefits programs and running employee orientations.
