I work more as a consultant than a coach. We begin our time together by looking at where you’re at in your life and where you’d like to be. The goal is for the process to support you in progressiung towards your vision and your goals more easily while also maintaining a sense of connection and wholeness.
In our calls (or meetings) we’ll work on clearing whatever is holding you back and on creating a sense of confidence, empowerment and freedom.

How much does life coaching/spiritual consulting cost?
You get to pay-as-you-go and schedule your appointment as frequently or infrequently as you like. Our actual sessions take place on the phone and/or in person at my Denver office. Call Lisa at 303.861.2280 to get started.
My Life Coaching Rate is $70 per one-hour session offered in-person or over-the-phone.
How long will I need to be coached?
That’s entirely up to you – depending on your circumstances. You may work with me as your coach on an as-needed basis, or for a succession of a couple months or longer.
Why do you do life coaching/life consulting?
There is nothing I enjoy more than supporting people in living their dreams. I have a passion for growth and love creating a sacred and safe healing space for my clients.

Guided Meditation Session (in-person or by phone)
Guided meditation is a great way to release stress and anxiety and re-connect with oneself. In these sessions you get to relax deeply while Lisa guides you into a meditation based on your goals. For more information on my guided meditation sessions click here. 60 minute session.
Reiki Treatments and Sessions
Reiki is a very relaxing and centering hands-on energy technique. For a Reiki session you get to completely relax on a comfortable massage table. You remain fully clothed during a Reiki session – so dress comfortably.
For a Reiki Session plan on a total of 80-90 minutes total for your appointment time. Your appointment time includes intake, a 60 minute Reiki treatment, time to relax after the treatment, and discussion.
