We start the coaching process by getting a picture of where you’re at in your life and where you’d like to be and what you want to attract into your life. You start to progress towards your goals more easily than before while also maintaining a sense of connection and wholeness.
In our regular calls (or meetings) you’ll share what is happening with you, what things you are wanting to work on now. We’ll work on clearing whatever is holding you back and also work on manifesting and creating a sense of empowerment and freedom. Envision your future & flow toward it.

How much does coaching cost?
You get to pay-as-you-go and schedule your appointment as frequently or infrequently as you like. Our actual coaching sessions take place on the phone and/or in person at my Denver office. Call Lisa at 303.861.2280 to get started.
My Life Coaching Rate is $70 per one-hour session offered in-person or over-the-phone.
How long will I need to be coached?
That’s entirely up to you – depending on your circumstances. You may work with me as your coach on an as-needed basis, or for a succession of a couple months or even a year or so.
Why do you coach people?
There is nothing I enjoy more than supporting people in living their dreams. I have a passion for growth and love creating a sacred and safe healing space for my clients.

Host a Night or Afternoon of Meditation and Renewal
Host a night of meditation and renewal in your home or at my location for a Girl’s Nights, Couple’s Night or Friend’s Night! Meet with Lisa one evening or afternoon for 2-3 hours in the comfort of your home.

Reiki Treatments and Sessions
Reiki is a very relaxing and centering hands-on energy technique. For a Reiki session you get to completely relax on a comfortable massage table. You remain fully clothed during a Reiki session – so dress comfortably. For a Reiki Session plan on a total of 75-85 minutes for your appointment time.
