Free Solstice Healing Event – December 21, 2023 – Illuminating Grief Livestream from Denver

“Everybody hurts sometimes” is a lyric in a song by R.E.M.

And it’s so true… Sometimes, things in our personal lives are wonderful, and other times, we grapple with challenging situations, loss, pain, and grief.

In the West, grief is often not fully acknowledged or embraced. We’re not really taught how to navigate the emotional landscape of loss. We’re just not that well-equipped.

Even though we may know our loved ones still “live on” and that they are at peace…

And even though we may be comforted by signs and messages from them from “the other side.”

We still miss them on this side.

If you’ve been on my email list for a while, you’ve probably heard me share about messages I’ve received from my Mom and Dad.

Grief comes in other forms, too…

Maybe you haven’t experienced the loss of a loved one, but you’ve gone through a breakup or divorce, lost a job, became an empty-nester, or experienced another painful loss.

As human beings, it’s healthy to acknowledge our losses and allow ourselves to process the full spectrum of our feelings. But sometimes, we need extra help, extra tools, or even counseling to help us through.

For those of you who could use a little support this holiday season, I’d like to invite you to a special event by Amy Pickett-Williams, a Reiki and meditation student of mine who has been a licensed social worker 25 years with a specialty in loss and grief.

On December 21st, 2023 (the Winter Solstice), you’re invited to attend a FREE healing event, A Night to Illuminate Grief.

This event will be live-streamed from Denver, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm Mountain Time

You can attend remotely from the comfort of your home or join the event in person.

This special evening is a labor of love by Amy. Through her life events, she felt compelled to step out onto the stage and share her gifts more broadly.

Thus, “A Night to Illuminate Grief” was born!

In the first hour of “A Night to Illuminate Grief,” Amy will share how grief resides within our bodies and introduce tools to navigate the emotional voyage of grief.
In the second hour, you’re invited to participate in a candlelight remembrance to honor those you’ve loved and lost.

You can join in person in the Denver area or attend via live stream.

Here’s the event link with all the details…
Please share this FREE event with your friends and family!

P.S. There’s no “Registration” for this FREE event. Just show up in person, or bookmark the “Night to Illuminate Grief” website, where you can click the livestream link at the time of the event.

P.P.S. If you’re a Reiki practitioner, you’re invited to send Remote Reiki to the event or raise the healing vibrations of the room by holding space with Reiki.
