FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5
Arrive at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort in the afternoon. Check in is at 3:00pm. Come earlier and enjoy the hot springs pools before check in.
3:00-3:30 Check in to Mt. Princeton
3:45-4:45 Yoga Class
4:45-5:45 Sound Healing/Tibetan Bowls
6:30-7:30 Dinner
7:30-9:00 Primordial Sound Meditation – Introduction.
9:00-10:00 Hot Springs open until 10pm
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 6
8:30-9:30 Breakfast
9:30-10:00 Primordial Sound Meditation – overview of personal instruction process.
10:00-2:00 Scheduled one-on-one mantra instruction with Lisa. Sign up for your specific time upon registration*
2:00-4:00 Free Time. Enjoy the hot springs pools, schedule a spa treatment**, relax or go for a walk. Note: there will also be free time between 10:00-2:00 as the meditation instruction and practice takes a total of 45 minutes.
3:30-4:00 Primordial Sound Meditation – this group meditation is optional
4:00-5:00 Yoga Class
5:00-6:00 Sound Healing/Tibetan Bowls
6:30-730 Dinner
7:30-9:00 Primordial Sound Meditation – review of practice and practical tips
9:00-10:00 Hot Springs open until 10pm
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 7
Bring something light to eat in the morning – brunch served at 10am.
7:30-8:00 Primordial Sound Meditation –this group meditation is optional
8:15-9:30 Yoga with Tibetan Bowls in Savasana
9:30-10:00 Pack and/or check out of rooms
10:00-11:00 Brunch
11:00 Finish checking out of rooms by 11am.
11:30-2:00 Primordial Sound Meditation – Review of practice, higher states of consciousness video with Deepak Chopra and group meditation.
2:00 Stay as long as you like and dip in the hot springs before you leave.
*MANTRA INSTRUCTION – Total time for instruction and meditation is 45 minutes. Actual mantra instruction takes 5-8 minutes. Following mantra instruction you’ll meditate in the living area of the instruction cabin. Allow 45 minutes.
**Please note that massages or any other spa treatments are not included with the retreat cost. Schedule and pay for these directly with the spa attendant at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. It’s advised to schedule before arriving at the retreat.
