I signed up for Reiki I, II and Master levels with Lisa while she was in Michigan. I ended up upgrading and staying for the Teacher level as well. I love her teaching style. She is such a humble teacher despite being so experienced and wise, which is hard to come by and vitally important in this work. Her style is very experiential and open. I felt like I got a lot more than I expected during this training and I'm excited to practice and review the materials. It's a bonus that our group felt close and comfortable so quickly. I'll always remember the time spent with Lisa and the lovely group members. Her love for people and for Reiki is evident in all she does. Her teaching style is relaxed, open, honest, and authentic. The years of experience that she brings into teaching Reiki was invaluable in learning Reiki and practical life application. The space Lisa holds in her training weekends is beautiful, each training I attended the group of people were different but the vibe was the same - safe, open, intuitive and supportive. She welcomes questions and curiosity and I appreciated her humor. I highly recommend learning Reiki with Lisa - you will feel as lucky as I do! As a mentor, she pours into those whom she work withs authentically, honestly and with so much care. She honors the Reiki principles and is very supportive in growing your confidence in practicing Reiki, in sharing her knowledge and skills built over the years, and in bringing in others to teach and share their skillsets with the Energi group. The last two years being in Energi have contributed so much to my growth as a human, a Reiki Practitioner and in my daily self-Reiki practice. It's worth the time and investment! As a Reiki Practitioner, Lisa is intuitive, present and kind. I was a bit stressed when I went in for a session and her ability to be present and her thoughtful and gentle approach were just what was needed. I left the session refreshed, relaxed and felt so much lighter. She explains everything in great detail and draws from many years of experience, including training with a Master from Japan. You can feel the authenticity and depth of her teaching in every moment. What made this experience even more special was the group that came together...it truly felt Spirit-led. Each person brought a unique background, from a classroom teacher, cardiologist, social worker, career coach, and community resource professional, to myself as a Nurse Practitioner. Together, we formed a deep bond that will last a lifetime. I have no doubt this class was divinely guided. It was spiritual, profound, and transformative in every way.
