Over three weeks, you'll envision the Reiki Life you want to create, deepen your relationship with Reiki through hands-on experiences, and uncover what may be getting in the way of your next level.

Week 1: September 22
What's my vision for my Reiki Life?
We'll start by exploring what you want for your Reiki Life—reflecting on where Reiki has already taken you and how you aspire to grow and expand from here, personally and/or professionally.
LIVE Experience
On this week’s Zoom, I’ll guide you through a meditative journaling experience to explore what’s next on your Reiki journey. Then, you’ll join another practitioner in a Zoom breakout room and send Reiki to your partner’s Reiki Life vision.

What happens when I deepen my relationship with Reiki?
We'll practice letting go of overthinking, staying present, and trusting Reiki—while discovering how taking action builds confidence and opens you to new possibilities.
LIVE Experience
Explore your intuition as I guide you through giving and receiving Reiki with a partner in a Zoom breakout room. Before you begin, you’ll each set an intention for something you’d like Reiki for—without sharing it with your partner. As you take turns sending Reiki, you’ll notice where you feel drawn and any sensations, colors, or insights that arise.
Week 3: October 6
What's been getting in my way?
(And how can I move through it?)
We'll uncover the thoughts, beliefs, and familiar excuses that may be keeping you from your next level with Reiki. Then you'll choose a new belief, use Reiki to support it, and identify a meaningful next step that moves you toward the Reiki Life you want to create.
LIVE Experience
Take a deeper look at what’s been getting in your way as I guide you through meditative journaling. Then, you’ll create a new empowering belief statement to support the shift you want to make. In a Zoom breakout, you’ll take turns receiving Reiki from your partners as you meditate on your new belief statement and envision the Reiki Life you can create when you release your excuses and limiting beliefs.
You'll also have the opportunity to deepen your experience with an Attunement Tune-Up
Reiki Attunements are one of the most powerful and sacred parts of a Reiki class.
Your original Attunements activated your connection to Reiki — and once you’re connected, that connection is always there.
But over time, the stress and busyness of daily life can leave us feeling less connected.
Whether your Reiki practice has become inconsistent or you practice regularly and simply feel called to reconnect more deeply, an Attunement Tune-Up can be a beautiful way to recharge, reset, and deepen your relationship with Reiki energy.
During this special session, I’ll first guide you into a deeply relaxing meditation. Then I’ll re-Attune you to the highest level of Reiki you’ve received.
The Reiki energy will be activated for the entire group, and then I’ll go "around the room," and individually attune each of you. I’ll say your name aloud just before I begin your attunement, so you’ll know exactly when you’re being attuned.
Can’t attend the Attunement Tune-Up?
I also offer private, one-hour Reiki Attunement sessions on Zoom for $200. I don’t currently have availability for private sessions, but I expect to reopen booking later this fall.

About Reiki Rising
Who is the Reiki Rising for?
Reiki Rising is open to anyone who is at least a Reiki Level II Practitioner.
Whether you feel like you haven't been practicing Reiki enough, or you just can't get enough of Reiki, this program will invite you to stretch into what's next for your Reiki journey.
Haven't learned Reiki yet?
I teach workshops online and in-person (in Colorado and Michigan).

Do I need to attend all the weekly calls LIVE?
The short answer is No. (whew!)
They will be recorded, and everyone (aside from email-only participants) will get the replays the day after.
There will be a total of 3 weekly 1-hour Reiki Rising Calls.
Each of the calls will be experiential. I'll be guiding some journaling, we'll be practicing Reiki, and there will be breakout groups, so you can connect with the community.
Reiki Rising Calls:

Week 2: Tuesday, September 29th, 6:30pm MT - 7:30pm MT

About the Attunement Tune-Up
Do I need to get re-attuned to Reiki?
Once activated, Reiki is always available to you. So there is no need to get re-attuned.
That said, Re-Attunements are a powerful way to reignite your connection to Reiki and raise your Reiki vibration.
Members of my Energi Reiki mentorship love getting re-attuned as part of the program.
What are the benefits of a Reiki Re-Attunement?
There are several benefits to receiving a Reiki Attunement:
- it strengthens your connection to Reiki
- raises your vibration
- reduces stress
- and, facilitates healing and personal growth
When will I receive my Attunement Tune-Up in Reiki Rising? What is it like?
The Reiki Rising Attunement Session is on Tuesday, October 6th, from 7:30 pm MT - 8:30 MT.
If you signed up for the premium experience, in week three, you'll stay on the Zoom after the main Reiki Rising session ends.
Receiving Your Attunement Tune-Up
First, I'll guide everyone into a deeply relaxing meditation, and the Reiki energy will be activated for the entire group. Then, you'll receive your personal re-attunement to your highest level of Reiki to strengthen your connection to Reiki. I'll "go around the room" one-by-one. I'll say your name right before I attune you, so you'll know exactly when you're receiving your Attunement.
I learned Reiki with another teacher. Can I get a Re-Attunement with you?
Yes, as long as you took an in-person or LIVE Zoom Reiki workshop.
Is a remote Attunement on Zoom just as powerful?
Attunements are just as powerful remotely from the comfort of home as they are in-person. I only offer Reiki Re-Attunements via Zoom.
