Your Reiki Journey

My students are drawn to Reiki for a variety of reasons. You may feel called to Reiki:

• For personal growth and well-being, and to deepen their spiritual journey
• To give Reiki to family, friends, and pets and raise the vibration of the planet
• To start a healing practice or to add Reiki to a menu of services

You can choose to simply start with the Reiki foundations by taking Reiki 1 and 2.

Or, maybe you prefer to include the Master level or go “all in” and take all 4 levels of Reiki.

In Reiki 1 and 2, receive the Reiki 1 and 2 attunements and symbols, and learn to practice self-Reiki, remote Reiki, and hands-on Reiki.

In the Reiki Master workshop, you receive an attunement, activate the highest practitioner level of Reiki, get the Master symbol, and more deeply integrate the practice of Reiki.

In the Reiki Teacher workshop, learn to attune and teach Reiki to others and gain a 360-degree perspective of Reiki.

I took Lisa's Reiki levels 1, 2 and Master class last weekend. I had no idea what to expect and was pretty nervous  as I hadn't been in a classroom in 28 years. Also I had very little  knowledge or experience about Reiki.

I signed up for Reiki I, II and Master levels with Lisa while she was in Michigan. I ended up upgrading and staying for the Teacher level as well. I love her teaching style. She is such a humble teacher despite being so experienced and wise, which is hard to come by and vitally important in this work. Her style is very experiential and open. About Your Teacher, Lisa Guyman

Hi! I’m Lisa Guyman. I’m a Reiki Master/Teacher and Meditation instructor. I learned meditation at 16 and went on to get a Psychology degree at the University of Michigan. After college, I worked in human resources for seven years. In 1997, I took a leap of faith, quit my corporate career, and moved from Michigan to Colorado (without knowing anyone there) to start a massage therapy practice. I learned and fell in love with Reiki.  I’ve been teaching Reiki and meditation for over 28 years on a full-time basis since 1998. I’ve taught over 2000 students Reiki and meditation.

More about my background:  I’m a Member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals, a certified Gaja Collective Meditation & Yoga Instructor (Primordial Sound Meditation & Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga), a Yoga Nidra Instructor, author, and hypnotherapist. I have a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan. In addition to countless Reiki classes I’ve taught, I was a presenter at the Wanderlust Yoga Festival at Copper Mountain, the World Wellness Conference, and various corporate events and conventions.
