There's nothing you need to learn or study beforehand. All that is truly required is simply having an interest in or being drawn to Reiki.

Just bring your beautiful self... there's nothing to prepare.

Some students come having experienced Reiki beforehand, while others experience it for the very first time in class. Both are perfect starting points.

You'll start practicing self-Reiki the very first evening of class.

By the end of the weekend, you'll have given and received multiple treatments and will be ready to share Reiki with others, family, friends, clients, and even pets.

Many students even start giving Reiki between class sessions and return glowing, with stories about the feedback they received from loved ones during the weekend.

I really love creating engaging experiences for my students in all of my classes.

You'll receive plenty of hands-on practice. In Reiki I/II, you'll give a treatment to someone in your home (or a loved one remotely), learn hand placements as I demonstrate them live, and send Reiki to loved ones in small teams of three or so classmates.

You'll also give and receive Reiki with partners in guided breakout sessions and, at the Master's level, you'll practice the energetic release technique and, at the Teacher's level, you'll practice attunements.

My students rave about the breakout sessions, it's where the magic truly unfolds. I love seeing the smiling faces and hearing the powerful shares afterward.

Both formats are deeply experiential with the same curriculum. You'll receive attunements and enjoy hands-on practice either way.

The only difference is how we connect: Online you'll experience more guided remote work and "table treatments at home" with loved ones, while in-person you'll give and receive table treatments in class.

Tuition includes live instruction with me, Reiki attunements for each level, hands-on and remote practice, your digital class manuals, and access to an after-cass portal with your materials and other resources. You'll also receive your printed certificate of completion by mail.

Yes, you'll receive a beautiful printed certificate for the weekend levels you complete, mailed to your home after class.

Unlike massage therapy, there's no government-issued license for Reiki practitioners. After attending my classes, you'll receive a certificate acknowledging the levels you've completed, which alllows you to join the International Association of Reiki Professionals, if you wish.

Some teachers use the term "certified," but in most states there's no licensing or government certifying category for Reiki which is actually great news because it keeps Reiki open and accessible.

For example, in Colorado, the "right to practice" law protects spiritual and energy-based work while requiring only a simple disclosure form (included in your class materials).

For the best Zoom experience, use a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam and microphone. You don't need a paid Zoom account, just a quiet space, a comfortable chair, and a notebook or journal.

Even just a few minutes of self-Reiki or time spent activating the symbols or practicing the Reiki principles in gassho keeps the energy flowing and deepens your connection to Reiki.

To fast-track your growth, check out my Journey Through Reiki audio collection (available for student pricing at checkout). It's over 5 hours 20 minutes of guided practices, music and insights to support your Reiki journey going forward.

Over the years, I've taught classes across the U.S. from the west coast to the east coast and in between.

Presently, I teach Reiki workshops in Colorado and in Michigan.

In case you're wondering....the video at the top of the page, was filmed on a beautiful fall day at the Japanese Gardens at Cranbrook in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

In each level of Reiki, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxing meditation, and then I'll individually attune you to that level of Reiki. Think of it as an energy activation.

Students describe the Attunements as a profoundly relaxing, enlightening, and healing experience.
